Unacceptable treatment from store manage

Since I built my swimming pool in 2010 I used Leslie’s store 461 (Shenandoah, 19189 I-45 S, TX, 77385-8774) for all pool supplies and water analysis services. On Saturday, June 11th I was badly treated by the manager of store 461 for bringing up issues related to service quality. I was told to leave the store and never come back because she just banned me from all Leslie’s services and supplies. It is not that I will miss Leslie’s way of conducting their business, but I was verbally abused and humiliated in front of my wife and a dozen store customers. No customer deserves this kind of treatment. I file this complaint because I consider that the public must be aware of the risks associated with using Leslie’s store 461 services. Here it is a brief description and chain of events:
On June 2nd the water analysis test results, recommendations and/or the quality and quantities of the chemical products (Muriatic Acid and Hardness Plus) recommended and sold by Leslie’s store 461 had a negative effect on my pool. Abundant white calcium precipitate filled the pool, pipes and filters.
On June 11th I went to the store with another water sample for analysis, explained the bad effect of the previous recommended treatment and asked for fix or complete refund for the chemical products recommended and sold to me by Leslie’s. Leslie’s staff ran the water analysis and then they gave me the test results and recommendations, only to see that:

(1) the test results were wrong indicating the Salt to be 10 times lower than normal, and

(2) the recommendation was to add a huge amount of salt. Leslie’s staff agreed that the salt was a typo error, as well as the recommended treatment and Leslie’s shopping list.

When I asked what is the chance that the previous tests and recommended treatment was Leslie’s error as well they told me that I am banned from using their services in the future and asked me to leave the store, in front of all the other customers. It was so embarrassing and humiliating!
