The store in White Plains new york has the worst customer service anywhere. The guy named Glen is very rude and no one in there knows anything about pools. This has to be the worst pool store ever. I spent alot of money in that store every year but I will never spend another dime there until someone teaches them about pools and also customer service. They get the 3 r's rude rude rude
