Booked my hotel in the wrong city Internet

When bidding on a hotel on the Priceline website, they booked the hotel in the wrong city. After the round and round with their so called customer service department they refused to make any adjustments. My option was to totally cancel the reservation. Doing that they would charge me the price of a one night stay. My other option was to cancel the reservation and resubmit. Sounds good. Huh. Only hitch is they charge you an addtional $25 to do that with no guarantee that the same mistake would not happen. They are one of the most deceptive companies I have ever dealt with. Talk about bait and switch... Priceline is the king.
