Disconnected from Customer Service - Airline Fare

Disconnected On Monday May 4 at 2:05PM after waiting for 12 minutes. After calling 866.592.9685 I was rudely disconnected/hung up by customer service rep.
I kept asking Dennis: Are you there? And he replied I am working on the reservation. I feel I wasn't accidentally disconnected.
Don't trust a company providing such a poor level of customer service. Thanks.
