Buyer Beware - cheapoair.com

Booking through this agency has been the worst experience I have had in my 30 years of reserving through a second party. I have NEVER had so many problems as I have had throught "CheapOair" and should have known buyer beware... If it sounds too good to be true, you ought to know better. I admit that I booked through "CheapOair on the premise of a lower airline fare, but I have found that they have not only increased our fare, my husband does not have an available seat on our return flight home. One night, we both spent over 2 hours each trying to contact their "Customer Service Department" to be disconnected and then to have a static conversation with a foreign person (no offense-my mother is foreign born) who was curt and understandable. Long and short, please DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE my husband and I have made to be lured by these tactics. At this point there is not much I can do about my own personal expewrience; however, I am not going to give up and will contact any agencies state or federal to complain. We know and understand the difficulties of airline travel experiences, but this booking agency is taking advantage of the traveler.
