Sleep Inn made fraudulent charges to my credit card

I stayed at this hotel and found an extra $75 charge on my credit card statement a few days later. I called the hotel to see what this was for and the individual who answered the phone said that I had stolen a queen sized blanket from the hotel.

I told him that this was ridiculous, but he assured me that I had definitely stolen it. I also need to point out that the room I stayed in only had full sized beds. No queen sized blankets were even in the room.

I have tried contacting the manager, but she will not return my calls or answer my emails.

I have contested the charge with my credit card company and am pretty sure this obnoxious charge will be reversed. I just hope I can help others avoid whatever kind of scam they are pulling.
