Worst Hotel Experience Ever - Sleep Inn

Sleep Inn & Suite s - I have stayed at some Sleep Inn's with good experiences before so I made a reservation for this hotel. The check in clerk spoke no English and took forever to process a simple credit card and understood none of my questions. My room key did not work and I had to go back for another. Though the room was supposed to be non-smoking it reeked of smoke and cheap disinfectant! I set my things down got ready to go to bed when I saw a cock-roach run along the wall. I went to the lobby where again the clerk didn't understand a word I said and I asked for another room. I had to unpack my things again and was about to go to bed and was in the bathroom when I saw ANOTHER cockroach!!! That was it - I left after that.
