Hotel is not being properly maintained

First room I was in had a cracked toilet, leaking water and the smell of mold throughout.

Second room I stayed in.

Was locked out of my room somehow? The metal lock that is only locked on the inside was shut somehow by a "ghost?" when I was changing rooms and gone to get more things out of the other room. Manager had to saw it off. Only way this could be locked is either a ghost or someone crawled out the window after they locked it. The locks on the window showed they were opened.

What kind of place is this?

Electronic Magnetic Field pulsating in this room at a very high rate. High Screeching noises coming from the tv and the radio, giving me a headache.

Second Room I was given did not have hot running water in the shower and when I turned it on, brown water came out.

Don't understand why they don't maintain this property. It is a good deal for the money but everytime I have stayed here, There has been something wrong with the room like broke air conditioning, etc.

Do people have any rights anymore I must ask?
