Complete scam Corpus Christi, Texas

I made a reservation on Sunday the 20th of July. I confirmed this on Tuesday the 22nd and arrived on Thursday the 24th. I arrived early, and they told me check in was 4pm. I told them no problem, but they told me they would have the room ready by 12:30 or 1pm. I came back at 2:30pm and they said they still didn't have the room ready. I left, returned at 4pm and they checked me in, and gave me my keys.

I went to the room and was surprised to see the mess it was in. I don't mean a dirty room (condo if you will) I mean it looked like there was a college party in this room. I returned to the desk and told them what I found, they said someone was going to clean the room right then. No apology at any point in this whole fiasco.

At 5:30pm I returned and they told me it still wasn't clean (after waiting for 20 more minutes at the desk). I told them to credit my card while I wait to make sure I was not charged for anything. Never an apology from any of the desk help. I highly recommend you avoid these people at all cost if you want an enjoyable experience.
