Red River Inn
Frigid facility

I checked into red river inn at approximately 8:52pm. I knew the room would be cold due to the fact that no one stayed there. I turned the heater on and decided to leave until warmed up a little. I returned back to my room at 10:30pm to find the room still cold. I calked downstairs and told the desk clerk how cold my room was and he decided to tell me that he already recieved complaints regarding the room. I asked him if you've been getting complaints why would you offer the room to someone else. I decided to check out at 10:57pm just to go pay for another room. The following Monday, I was greeted by a rude representative who didnt really want to hear about my problem and also didn't want to allow me to speak to a manager. I recieved no type of refund or anything of the sort. If anyone is reading this, please do not stay at the red river inn of Alexandria, la.
