Rip off 70 dollar fee added after i booked cruise

I booked a cruise on 11 13 2007 for a cruise on 02 24 2008.
They gave me a price for 2 people of about 1100 dollars after taxes and fees. On 11 16 2007 they decided on that date to add a 70 dollar fee for fuel. On this site they call it optional fee. I called and asked for it to be removed because it is optional. There answer it is your option to go on this cruise or not. If you want to go on it you have to pay it. If you dont want to pay then you cant go. I have a contract with them for an ammount and they are breaking that contract.
If they do not fix this i will never use there service again.
