Fraudulent Company promised us a refund of our money is we paid additional fees within 90 days. We paid the additional fees and are still waiting to be refunded 1 year and 4 months later. Ripoff

We purchased a United ticket via www.airlineconsolidator.com (BMD Travel Services Inc.) for me. They deducted $1,202.00 from our account in June for that ticket. I became ill and was unable to fly in August. When we asked about delaying the flight, BMD Travel Services, Inc. Told us that rather than delay the flight, if we paid an additional fee of $125.00, we would receive a refund within 90 days. We paid the additional fee which they deducted from our account on August 3. We never received the refund. Previous to this purchase, we had made several other airline ticket purchases from them. We have paid thousands of dollars to them in past business so we trusted them. We continually called BMD Travel Services, Inc. And they kept promising to refund our money. We contacted United and they told us that we were entitled to the refund but it had to come from BMD. BMD Travel Services, Inc. Not only kept our initial payment but also the payment that they received in order to facilitate the refund. We have called every month and in October they told us to contact the Better Business Bureau. Obviously, they were tired of making promises and feel that they can get away with anything. The B.B.B. Has sent them three notices which BMD Travel Services, Inc. Has failed to answer. It is hard for us to do anything about this as we are currently in the Middle East and unfortunately, BMD is aware of this fact. We feel that we have given them ample time to return our money. If they had no intention of sending the refund, they should not have told us that they would do so if we paid the additional fee. And to have kept that fee on top of the original money is just fraudulent. Stay away from BMD Travel Services, Inc. Otherwise known as airlineconsolidator!
