Thank you for the advice! My wife and I just purchased the $698 a piece vacation from this irremissible co. We purchased these packages for our birthdays but called and tried to cancel after we felt uneasy about this company. I was kept on the phone for about an hour and then counsouled with extra trips buy one get one free airline tickets and the promise it would all be fed-xed
to me within three days. After about five days I called customer care back to see where this package is. All I got was another excuse and a promise it was in the mail. After finding this and reading your much helpful hints. I called today and canceld my trip quoting florida state law 559.933. It satates you have 30 days to cancel.

Their sales rep latoya said the law only applies to florida residents and california residents have to abide by california three day cancelation law. I was patiant and explained I had a letter prepared to send to the florida attorney generals office and that I had already filed a complaint on their web site. I also stated I was going to begin the refund process with my credit card company. After another brief hold session latoya said the company was going to grant me a full refund within seven to ten business days and gave me a cancellation numbe
