Ripoff! Very bad customer Service experiance and illegal business Katy

I have received a letter from Ramada Plaza Resorts Orlando/Ft. Lauderdale vacations regarding the vacation package. I have purchased the package for $698.

Then I called them within 24 hours to cancel my package, because I did not satisfy about the company after I came to know that I will not be utilzied the vacation package.

The person named GERSON xtn 4017, did agree to pay$524 and did not let give any option to cancel my package. He said, he can extend my vacation package upto 3 years, but he will not cancel my vacation and return full refund.

I am totaly frustrated. I lost $174 even though, I have called with in 24 hours.
