This company will not refund over $2,000.00 to us for rip-off vacation packages that we don't want because they are worthless

My husband and I purchase 3 vacation packages from Ramada Plaza Resorts and booked the vacation but did not send in the confirmation papers. After finding out that the vacations were worthless and not at all what they advertised to be, we requested a complete refund. It was denied. I am going to try again tomarrow. We have contacted a attorney and filing complaints everywhere we can as well as warning others.

One of the packages purchased was for our daughter, son-in-law and their 5 children. We are hard working people and cannot afford to throw away our money only to have our vacation ruined. We have also purchased non-refundable air fares and are stuck flying to Florida and vacationing God knows where for 10 days! These companies need STOPPED from abusing innocent families and robbing them of their hard-earned money. We have also contacted our credit card company to contest the money paid.

DO NOT even call this company if you recieve anything from them in the mail. Do NOT believe anything that they say if you do call, or you will be where we are now. Our third package costs went to an extended 4 days at the Ramanda in Orlando, because we (my husband and I) were flying in 4 days early for a longer vacation.

Please if anyone knows how to help us or stop this business fraud and abuse, please step up to the plate and help us put a stop to this!!
