New years eve hotel reservation was cancelled by them without our consent'when we didn't show up the day of check in.'We had a reservation for 2 nights and they cancelled BOTH nights even though we showed up the next day proceeding the cancellation they continued to charge us for the 2nd night, even though we didnt stay there (thanks to them) i understand charging us for the first night, but charging us for the second night doesnt make sense. They denied us the stay (2nd day) when was already paid.
