RIPOFF Fraudulent Billing, Consumer Harassment Unethical Business

Do not stay at the innsuites of tempe arizona!!! They are scam artists and should be arrested and charged!!!

I recently booked a Jacuzzi Suite for my wife and I at InnSuites of Tempe Arizona in celebration of our 2nd year wedding anniversary. I paid $160.00 dollars for the suite, but in all honesty, it was was nothing to call home about. None the less, we had a good time.

The next morning my wife and I checked out of the suite a few hours before the checkout time and returned the keys to the front desk.

Two days later I discovered not one charge, but two charges to my bank account (one was authorized / one was not). I immediately phoned the hotel in search of an explanation. They informed me that I was charged the second charge due to damages in the room (i.E. Broken ironing board, profanity written on the walls and mirrors). I assured the hotel staff that this was impossible as my wife and I checked out of the room and it was damage free and in the same condition as when we checked in.

The hotel staff (Marcia - Front Desk Manager & Calvin Quick - General Manager) reluctantly told me that this was policy and I would not get money back for these so called "damages" and to contact my credit card company if I wanted to dispute the charges.

Long story short... I was accused and charged for damages that occured after my wife and I checked out of the room and the hotel staff was completely ignorant to the fact. I do not expect to get my cash back but... I am sick and tired of getting oushed around as a consumer with no where to turn for help. What am I going to do, hire a $2k lawyer for a $160.00 dispute?

Do not ever stay at the innsuites of tempe arizona!!! They are scam artists and should be arrested and charged!!!
