Patronizing, lying cheats-promise savings of 50-80%-NOT EVEN CLOSE!

July 20th, Travel More Now rep. Promised verbally a savings of $4000.00 on a previously booked trip.

For the price of the membership ($4604.00) we could book the same previously booked trip and pay for membership. When we attempted to book through T.M.N. Trip was higher than trip booked previously by ourselves.

Our credit was checked without our consent. We were never given the opportunity to use a credit card already established. Never given an application for the credit card.

We were never given anything explaining terms of the credit card company that T.M.N. Used.

After several letters and phone calls we were told that we were given the opportunity to examine the contract. After examining the contract we asked our rep. (Scott Garner) about a specific cruise. He assured us T.M.N. Could save us $4000.00 on that particular cruise.

T.M.N. Can't even get close! Our previously booked trip was the amount we paid for our membership. To book the same trip would cost approximately $10,000.00. (membership fees and trip cost). Asking for a refund of our membership fees because we can book the cruise cheaper than T.M.N.

We were mislead by the sales rep. And now we don't have a cruise to celebrate our 20th Anniversary!!!
