Worst exoerience ever! - Bus transportation

Hello, I travelled from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada to Indianapolis, IN through greyhound. I booked the ticket online. The time mentioned was 17 hrs. But surprisingly, I reached there almost after 30 hrs. I have attached my online ticket for you to see the timings. They delayed my bus from buffalo saying that the bus is already too full. So I had to wait for the other bus and it automatically delayed me by 7 hours! I reached Indianapolis at 9.25 pm last night, whereas I was gonna reach there at 11:30 am. So I was delayed by 10 hours. I am also well aware that it is written on the ticket that its first come first serve basis. But hey, it’s not my fault that the Mississauga bus came 40 mins late (was supposed to depart at 5:20, but it departed at 6:25 pm on 1/8.

All in all, greyhound said that departing Mississauga on 1/8 at 5:20 pm and reaching Indianapolis, IN on 1/9 at 11:30 am.

My parents are quite old and my phone was dead by that time. Nobody was there to pick me up in that snowy day. So I had to spend bucks for the taxi to go home which is 29 mins away from greyhound’s station. Please advise what would be the common resolution for my time wasted. I am pretty sure you guys aren’t refunding my money back. Please advise. I will never recommend greyhound to anyone in my family. This was my first and last experience with greyhound. Thanks.
