Screwed by the hound - Greyhound bus tickets

We were prevented from buying tickets online and then raped when we had to buy them at the bus station. The difference amounted to $245. Very deceptive website and sales methods. We were not the only people on the trip that were screwed in the same manner. Many said they would NEVER ride the hound again.
