Otel.com has taken my money without providing a booking confirmation. - hard days night hotel

Earlier this month I booked a room at the Hard Days Night Hotel for next year. On 07/10, the money came out of my account yet I have received no booking confirmation and there is no mention of it on my reservation history. I have checked my junk mail and there is nothing in there either.
I have tried ringing their so-called 24/7 helpline where I was kept on hold for 15 minutes and then eventually they disconnected the call - which I was paying for the full time.
