Orbitz screws family members of Military - AIRLINE TICKETS

My husband and I bought three tickets to Seattle to see the homecoming of his twin brother. We found out that his deployment is going to be delayed due to Syria - we have a letter from his commanding officer to confirm this. We were told by a Michelle Garcia of Orbitz that we would not have to pay a rebooking fee - we would just get a credit on our account. We got an email stating that it was canceled, but our account was not credited. We called - and spent over 3 hours on the phone. It seemed like the call center passed the phone around. We were told that we would now have to pay a $230 booking fee for each ticket - which is NOT what Michelle Garcia told us. We confirmed with her multiple times that we would not have a rebooking fee. She CANCELD our flight... An ORBITZ representative... With us being under the impression we would not have a rebooking fee... And are now being told that we have to pay a rebooking fee and will not be able to have our seats back on or original flight without paying $690. We would have NEVER canceled if we would have been told about the fees before hand. I knew it was against my better judgment to not use TRAVELOCITY - They have never SCREWED me like this! Not to mention that we purchased the dumb insurance that covers NOTHING!!
