Orbitz will rip you off! - orbitz and delta

My husband and I traveled to Vegas through Orbitz. We had to shorten our trip due to a death in the family. Orbitz does NOT give refunds or exchange airline tickets. They due charge you $150 fee each for canceling your tickets. My husband ended up paying another $1000 for plane tickets to VA. We will NEVER go through Orbitz again. Total complete rip off!!
