Unbelievable lack of ethics

We booked two airline tickets with these guys and two days later got an email that the airline had changed the price so Globester switched us to a different airline with flights that were 12 hours later". Because the flight to Houston was important and necessary on the earlier flight, I contacted them to tell them the change to the later flights would not work..

Twice I got disconnected and the third person's accent was so thick that it was hard to communicate. They tried to tell me that the airline had cancelled that flight - which was a lie/. I called the airline and booked the tickets directly with American for the same flight and at a lower rate than Globester wanted to charge me:. When I finally did get them to cancel the reservations they told me they would charge me $125 per ticket for canceling it|.

What a joke! This was their lies and their doing and now they want to charge me;. I don't even know how we exactly got transferred to Globester anyway as I contacted the airline website and not some travel site!

This company is a JOKE! I will dispute the charges on my credit card and will NEVER do business with these guys. Cae4e
