After a good flight in to visit family for the holiday weekend, I thought it would end just as nice. How wrong I was.

I am writing this after I have calmed down. If not, this review would have made as much sense as the broken language the Globester customer service speaks.

I went online to get our boarding passes the night before flying home. We got my travel companion's boarding pass. Time to get mine. Punched in the confirmation code..."invalid". I called up the airline and they stated no ticket was ever purchased with that code. Called Globester. Dropped call. Called back. 20 minute wait. Had a family member call Globester from another phone so we would be talking to someone the whole time this was happening. Finally spoke with a manager and got a ticket after an hour and a half on the phone.

My travel companion had a connecting flight after we landed at the first destination. I called to verify the flight at our origin airport. I was told that the flight was not the same as the itinerary we received. The connecting flight was the next day (today). The only way this could be corrected was for me to buy another ticket from the airline as it was considered a cancellation/modification.

I have only three little words for you if you somehow end up talking to Globester: Hang Up Fast.
