Greyhound Bus
I could have died on Greyhound! - every greyhound busline

On my trip from Sacramento to Dillon Montana, upon getting on the bus, it reeked of stale urine and feces, like the bus has not been properly cleaned, then, the driver kept falling asleep at the wheel, several times running the bus off of the road over the rumble strips, then about 150 miles outside of Salt Lake the driver pulled into this little truck stop, locking the passengers on the bus several times, while she napped for over 4 hours until a relief driver showed up in a taxi! Finally arriving at Salt Lake, 4 hours late and 2 hours late for my connecting bus, the ticket agents and one of the managers were EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to many of us passengers! After being confined for over 4 hours on a filthy, crowded bus, my anxiety levels were causing my blood pressure to spike, I was having chest pains, and shortness of breath, but was afraid to go to the hospital for fear of losing my luggage and personal property. I was eating anxiety meds like candy, I was so stressed out! The ticket agents were very rude and disrespectful during this entire ordeal! They offered me a trip on the next bus, which would have dropped me in a small montana town at 2:00 AM with rain and snow forecasted, I missed my ride which had to travel over 60 miles of back country roads, to find out I missed my bus. I caught the bus the next day and had to hitchhike the remaining 60 miles of extreme back roads which took 2 days! I had such a lousy trip on Greyhound, I will NEVER ride greyhound again! Instead of making my return trip on greyhound, i hitchhiked the entire way back to California from Montana, it took 2 weeks to get home, but it was WAY Better than riding Greyhound! I feel I should be entitled to a REFUND of my ENTIRE ticket, or at least the return portion, which i did not use! As i will never ride greyhound again! I have had problems the last 3 times I rode Greyhound, but rode anyway, because I had no choice!
