Major complaint about this bus line - gli schedule 1537 for october 27

I took a trip to nashville tennessee, to visit my fiancee and had to come back early, after paying $ 63.00, for a round trip ticket i found out that i would be slapped with an additional 15.00 fee for making an early return, this smacks of a serious rip off, id already paid a hefty sum which someone on disability cant easily afford, and then to be ripped off for an additional amount was not only foolish it was an outright affront to me, not only that but it was a bad business practice to boot, it doesnt take a lot of time to change out the date and because i had already paid the full fee it was and insult to me as well, to make matters worse i arrived at 1 pm for a 5 pm departure time, and had to wait and additional 4 hours to actually leave the terminal, on 3 separate times we were told we'd have to wait for an hour each, by the time i finally did get on the bus it was 9 pm and i was tired, irritated and just ready to get over the whole experience of the traveling with greyhound, will i ever take another greyhound trip i can say with absolute certainty it will be a cold day in hell before i ever ride on greyhound again, the only way i can be satisfied is if i and all the others on this trip are given a lifetime pass to show that greyhound is serious about retaining the good will of me and my fellow passengers otherwise greyhound and i have parted ways for traveling togethe
