I had signed up for the pay as you go for the 3 hours I was going to spend at LGA.

A few days later, I noticed there were 3 separate charges on my credit card. I proceeded to call the company, and they said that shouldn't have happened because it looks like it was the same laptop and a mobile device. However, they were only going to refund me one charge because I was only allowed to use one device.

The customer service representative was rude during the entire process, and I proceeded to explain to him that if I were on his end I could have paid that amount for an unlimited plan for the month. He said I could do that, but he had already closed the account like I asked him too.

Completely rude, terrible customer service, and they did not fully reimburse for those charges.

Be very careful when signing up for this service if you decide to use it. Check your credit card statements the next few days. If you log in and log out during the 24 hour period, they will over charge your account.
