I was supposed to leave today Wednesday June 6 to Quito Ecuador, they cancel my flight and book me in another flight 4 days later, they said they didn't have anything else, but they promise me that they will put me on first class or business class, she said just call United that she will put notes on the reservation, when I call first they put me on hold for one hour and 27 minutes then the supervisor finally came to phone to tell me that count not be done, they really don't care about you or your time, I usually flight on united to Quito, but this will be the last time, if they don't care about me then they don't need as a custome
