Didn't work for me

When I got to the hotel, the registration desk didn't know I was coming. I showed her the confirmation email sent to me by roomstays but she had never heard of them and could not find me in the computer. Luckily, there was another room available but not the size or type I had reserved through roomstays. To add insult to injury, a suprise $5.00 charge from roomstays.com showed up on my credit card. I wonder what that was for...
