All around terrible business

Misleading and downright dishonest material on website. They say on their website that it is "simple and easy to change reservations online". It is a blatant lie, there is no way to do anything except view your ill advised reservation. So you must call the Customer "service". I spent an hour on hold and was then charged a gratuitous $50 to merely change the name on a reservation. They are not worth the seemingly cheap tickets I promise.
