Tried booking a last minute Disney vacation for me and my two sons, I was pleased with how easy it was to browse through my options so I chose my trip, put in my payment info and was told the flight was no longer available. The website then took me back to the hotel and flight list, saying I had to choose another;unfortunately they had already charged my credit card the $1400, meaning I now had no money to book my trip. It has been 2 days so far and I still haven't seen any of it back. Two days may not seem like much to some, but I put a lot of planning into my trip, and I am 5 months pregnant so I only have a small window of time to go.By the time I get my money back there might not be any rooms or flight left. Why was my card charged to begin with before my trip was booked and confirmed? I'm still left wondering this after I've talked to three different people from Travelocity and no one had answers for me. (I wasn't pleased with the fact that everyone I talked to had strong Indian accents either) I'm extremely upset with this whole experience and would never recommend them to anyone to book a trip. This was supposed to be a dream vacation for me and my boys and I have Travelocity to thank for making the planning of it extremely frustrating and disappointing. Boycotting them from now on and making sure my friends and family do the same
