Hotels not booked and money not refunded on time

I don't recommend anyone for Travelocity for any kind of reservation. They just screwed our trip. We booked the hotel in Panama City, FL via Travelocity. After reaching the destination hotel official says they dont have any reservation under my name then call travelocity afterwards and then they says they will fax again. After sometime hotel official says we havent received the fax and that room has been already sold. Now here starts the hard time, we called the travelocity back, what annoyed me the most was the Indian bitch they have in customer service who is not ready to take the responsibility and keeps
offering other expensive hotels or refund. That fucking bitch is not feeling sorry about anything, as if that was our mistake. It was spring vacation so we really had hard time finding the hotel and ended up paying way more than our budget in different hotel. They said they refunded the money will be transferred after 1 week. After 1 week we called them as the money was not refunded and unfortunately again another Indian bitch picks up the phone who does not even know how to deal with customers and says sorry it did not happen last time and we have to refund to again and it will take another 7-10 days.
That's a height, our whole trip was ruined just because we booked our hotel through Travelocity. We are never going to do that mistake again neither I am going to recommend anyone. Just this feedback is not enough for Travelocity to pay back their deeds. I will give this feedback wherever its possible so that other won't get victim like us and have to deal with those indian bitches.!!
