Lying scandalling company! - pissed off woman!

I booked a room in Minneapolis for 4 nights, cancelled on the 24th, was assured within 10 days I would get my money back. It is the 22nd of the next month and not a dime back. I called a week ago and talked to supervisor. He told me directly that they hadnt even started to refund it and apologized over and over and over and told me that he was manually writing up the information so I would get my money back in 3-5 days... It has been 7 days and i just called and they told me i received my money the very next day after I cancelled (not possible) and the supervisor didnt write anything about him saying i never got my money!!! Its $223!! I am beyond pissed. And what makes it worse is we three wayed with my bank and on THEIR records it shows that i got the money the next day... I never got it. I will NEVER use Orbitz again!
