I booked a hotel reseravation thru Orbitz in Feb where they said it was 100% money back guarantee if I cancel. I called the next day and canceled it due to change of plans. I was told that I would get my refund in 5 - 7 days. I never got the refund and when I called them back, I was told that I was outside the cancellation window and they would NOT return my money. Even though they were the ones who made the mistake and did not send out the refund as they were supposed to do in the first place! They just told me that I was out of luck and they would look into incident. That was the supervisor in customer service. This is the last time I ever do business with them. And I will tell everyone I know about this experience and recommend they use anything but Orbitz!
