Dont honor price guatrantee

Travelocity has not honored their price guarantee with me. I have tried calling several times and have now been on the phone hold for 40 minutes, no answer. They are horrible and I intend to spread the word. How can they have such bad customer service when social media can bring them bad reviews around the world in minutes?!
