Travelocity has horrible customer service: (

I had an issue printing shuttle vouchers. They put me on hold many times, didn't answer my questions, spoke over me, and ultimately after 30 minutes on the phone and two representatives, never told me how to get my vouchers printed. I will not book with travelocity again.
