Flight do not use travelocity! Warning! - rebooking cancelled flight

Booking a flight through Travelocity is a freaking JOKE!!! I booked two round trip tickets but unforeseen circumstances made me cancel the trip. I was told I could use the tickets within a year... It's only been 9 months&I am traveling for business in the next three weeks. I have been on hold for two hours. David, Adam and Matt have all asked me the same questions and after I wait they say they can't help me and transfer me to another person. All made up names and NOT one speaks English... I Will be contacting the BBB and the US Attorney General's office...
