I spent hours over the weekend trying to get answers to questions before placing my order. Hours. I kept getting transferred to a recorded message and disconnected. The question I COULD NOT get answered was when would my shipment arrive. I had another company in mind that could have them at my door in two days. That's what was needed. But uhaul had better selections, and was a bit cheaper.
On the phone I was PROMISED that when I clicked submit, I would be given shipping options. And an arrival date. I was promised I could opt out at that point if I didn't like the info.

I WAS NOT given shipping options. I WAS NOT given a delivery date. HE LIED.

By then the damage had been done. My credit card had already been debited, and it would have taken a few days for it to be credited before I could chose another company.

This morning I called customer service again and was told 3 to 4 business days. This is impossible for me. I got upset. Customer service got upset back at me and hung up. Have I no right to be upset after the treatment I got?

Listen, I NEED those boxes by Wednesday. Can you help?

And also, PLEASE clean up your customer service line!
