Uhaul
Ripped off. Made res, charges me 8 bucks and renigged Ripoff

Made reservation over internet, for a one way truck for may 28th/29th. Was told we were reserved on those dates. Charged my credit card 5 dollars. Uhaul called us back on 5/17/05 to tell us that we can only have it for 5 hours that day. We explained that we have to have it for a whole day. Was informed that uhaul does not rent by the day anymore. To make a long story short, we have been on the phone all day with corp uhaul. Everyone wants to blame everyone else. But they say that the five dollars that they stole from me is a service charge and non refundable. So we are out 5 bucks and about 4 hours of sanity. But on the good side, penske rented us a truck for our days that we needed, they were also very polite and wanted to help us. They even offered us a discount because of the rotten service from uhaul.

Please people, do yourself a favor. Do not rent from uhaul if the is anyway possible. They have the worst customer service. Rent penske, buget or borrow a truck from the man down the street. We have also contacted 3 on your side tv. They are interested because they have had many complaits.
