Do not use orbitz - they scam you! - flight price assurance

I bought a flight ticket through Orbitz and weeks later the same flight was $300 dollars less on their own website. They refuse to reimburse me for the difference even though they have a PRICE ASSURANCE policy on their website. They keep adding conditions to this policy in order to avoid keeping their word as explained in their policy which you can read online. They will scam you and without recourse for the customer! Worse customer service ever!
