Super 8 thiefs dirty horrible service bug infested

Three days of requesting clean bed sheets and still never recieved. Cochroaches and spiders in my room. Non stop parties in room next door so loud our walls shaked. Fire alarms going off for 20 minutes at 1am. Tried to check out and recieve refund of $ that had been paid and owner refused. Then after i called corporate to complain owner asked me to leave still refusing to refund unused portion of my $ and still charging me for entire trip reservation.
