The "add to calendar" was eliminated without any notice to loyal customers. I have wasted an hour trying to look for this link in the new website design and finally called a customer service rep who had not idea what I was talking about. I am going to have to switch to another company to book all of my very frequent business traveler. They did nothing to retain me as a customer and didn't even train their phone people to prepare them to answer questions. They just eliminated an important feature and hoped we wouldn't notice. This is a major inconvenience.
