CenturyLink
Extremely poor customer service

Telecommunications

I changed fro COX telephone support to CenturyLink after I moved. BIG MISTAKE! Works out "unlimited long-distance" support they provide isn't truly "endless" whatsoever. Can't use it to call meeting figures - never discussed that in my experience after I registered for this. Cox doesn't have this limitation. And so I improved my support to some thousand moment a month arrange for an additional $29/month, but a pack including voice-mail, caller-id, along with other providers wasn't accessible with that strategy therefore my complete price essentially doubled from what I had been initially cited - LARGE SCAM! To create things worse, they did not approach that purchase properly anyhow plus they abruptly stop all long-distance capacity. After two times, I am still looking to get my long-distance service switched back on - no body, actually no one there appears to be ready to correct the issue though atleast three individuals in customer support, fix, and also the "fraud-detection" division have all explained it is mounted. You know what, IT ISN'T! It'snot the long-distance issue thatis thus irritating, though thatis fairly poor, it is the totally inefficient customer support. I study and come up with tech support team to get a tech support team affiliation - this really is among the worst types of customer support I've observed.

Do not utilize centurylink for telephone support - use any option.
