Incorrect Final Balance due

My name is baldomero guasch (305) 773-8292 acct# 523024079722. I closed out my account with AT&T after being with them over 10 plus years. Every month I got my bill they always had to make adjustments, I finally tranfer the service in late October. My bill date starts on the 2nd of every month. AT&T is charginf me for service 10/26 - 11/07. They are charging 6 extra days on my account., When i called to complain they advise that the only way to apply credits on the account is to activate the account to apply the correct credits. But advise that they would npoot do that becuase the bill is correct. When i explain to they how they billed me, they advise sorry nothing there is nothing we can do, I Requested to speak with a manager her name was Tironda who advise it is out of her hand and there is nothing she can do. When i explain what they said, she advise that was incorrec/t information. As always on one there knows what they can or cant do, Therefore i called to advised i would pay from 10/26 -11/02. But after speaking with the higher powers. I am now requesting the final balance due of $35.54 be removed adn my account left at zero..
