Lied about cancelling service

I've been a Vonage client for 5 years with 2 lines. I named to stop my support since I'm quitting my landlines. After being on-hold for some time, I invested a complete five minutes detailing why I had been quitting support, and overcoming sales pitches - no I don't need a diminished price, no I don't wish to quit only one point...

Many moments later I obtained my proof email thanking me for accepting to carry on my Vonage support:

"We Are thrilled which you've selected to remain with Vonage. We are publishing to verify the conditions you mentioned with this Consideration Administration consultant on 04/28 to carry on your support about the subsequent strategy: U.S. And Europe 750. This course of action is linked to the telephone number (s) in the above list. As mentioned, you will continue being billed a regular charge of $19.99 about the subsequent strategy: U.S. And Europe 750. The next payment time is 05/05.

It was all a blatant lie. Therefore another phone to "customer support", Another representative attempting to alter my brain. And lastly an email confirming termination. Today the delay to determine if my charge card gets billed.

Vonage isn't worth the stress.
