Unauthorized charges

I registered with vonage in August. I named to stop on March 17. They attempted everything within their capacity to get me to remain and that I still rejected. I had been informed that I'd be billed an earlier remove charge of $39.00 along with a refund restoration charge of $70.00. I had been surprised upon reading this. After I asked this, I had been informed that it had been area of the conditions of support. These conditions of support were never mentioned with me or did I examine dedication agreement.

I expected to consult with a boss and he relayed exactly the same clutter the consultant stated. Once more, I had been really annoyed. I had been so annoyed that I hung-up about the boss.

I tried composing numerous emails and every time, the consultant announced to comprehend. They kept evading the topic after I requested for that title, phone number, tackle or current email address of the greater power.

I'll never suggest that anyone sign up with Vonage. They're unethical and cost for unwanted costs. Their customer support may be the worst.

In my opinion they create their cash by receiving phony remove fees and refund recovery costs.
