TMobile billing problems canceling my service

I terminated my T-Mobile support half-month into my payment period after being together for a lot more than 2 decades (I completed the two-year period). I acquired the ultimate statement, also it wasn't prorated. I named the client support and attempt to repair the statement. The client support consultant explained that T-Mobile doesn't prorate expenses, and it’s created within the agreement. It was never described whenever we buy the strategy. The written text regarding “not prorated” is concealed within the agreement. This isn't reasonable towards the clients. Why do customers spend anything they don’t use?

Also, the client support reps at T-Mobil aren't useful whatsoever. They don’t worry about their clients regardless you're about the strategy or not. I'll never make use of this provider after I possess a selection.
