Besides sprint. T-mobile may be the toughest instant provider that i've ever had to offer with. Customer support is horrible and have to shut up while lying to customers or undergo expansion customer support training to understand how to deal with customers. The payment department may add on charges that you've never heard about before with any instant provider. Every month just before opening my statement i'd to support myself for charges which are illegally on our bill. When i'd call concerning the unfamiliar costs on my bill and request a director or perhaps a boss, these were just as bad with no help. I am very upset that i'd to pay for tmobile a 200.00 early out fee to to obtain from the worst disaster of my life. They don't worry about customers-they just want out money. How about everyone that's thinking about filing a class action lawsuit against tmobile meet up and just doit and obtain back a few of the money which was stolen from us by t-mobile. If involved please email me at 2bdknlvly@comcast.net. The tmobile customers in other states for example florida made it happen and won. They can't continue to however from customers such as this.
