I'd somebody in the region coughing web systems and installing films, and so I got a page claiming trademark infringement.in December '10 I acquired switched off by Mediacom, Holiday week to get a week and that I just discovered why I had been switched off by calling their customer support range. I had been informed trademark infringement.

A week ago my service was again switch off and also the same situation I named them to discover exactly what the issue was and also to my shock it had been again trademark violation and that I am completely off their support.

No-call, no mail, no caution. Did I've protection for this? Yes I did so. Was my community guaranteed having a code? Yes it had been. Did Mediacom provide any help? No they didn't.

Could you imagine arriving home from work Friday evening and discovering no online sites?
